Lovely! Great bag.
Have you tried one of the anti-blister sticks (like Blister Block or Friction Block) to combat this problem? They work pretty well.

From a distance this skirt does not look like denim:). Is it a slightly dressier fabrication than the average denim skirt? I really like it. This is simple and you do look cool (temperature wise). The colors in the blouse are lovely on you and great with the denim. Initially I was questioning the color of the sandals but on second look they really do act as a neutral and I think they work. Stay cool! We are rugged up with the heater on and I will be taking a hot water bottle to bed with me lol

You look cute, comfy and cool! I like the top untucked just fine and would also like seeing it belted over the top! It is a great color for you. Clarks makes such great and comfortable footwear!

April - thanks for the tips re: blisters. I'm going to look into that.
Deborah - yes, this denim is a fair bit dressier fabrication which allows me to wear it to work, even on non denim days. I know the sandals aren't the best choice here because of the dark brown but it was one of those choices that had to be based on comfort rather than style, you know?
Ramya - I did try the blouse tucked but preferred it loose and breezy today. Even tucked felt too hot!
Meredith - I could try belting the blouse but again, even a belt today holds in too much heat!

Green and blue together are one of my favorite color combinations, so this is a winner in my mind. I also like the brown sandals - it's a nice neutral with the colors. I would find black too harsh and if you went with another neutral, like taupe, I feel like they wouldn't be dark enough to ground the outfit.
Breeze on, girlfriend! We're hitting 39 C with the humidity today, so I know how you feel!

Shannon, I really like the colors of the top and the dressy denim skirt. Belting would probably be good, but the need to stay cool is paramount!

Love this blouse, Shannon, and I have a "dressy denim" skirt that gets a lot of use, too. You look great! You've set the bar so high with your out-of-this-world shoe collection, but these are cute and working fine. Let your feet feel good today and know you look fab.

I love the colors of this blouse! Is it new? I don't remember seeing it before. Anyway, it looks great with your green bag that I love! Your skirt is great, too! I agree that it doesn't look like denim in the picture.

You look lovely, cool and fab! Just the color combination is refreshing! And if those are your *comfort* shoes, you're doing pretty well! Nice pedi, too. :)

Yowch about the blister! Sports injuries are so annoying, aren't they?
You look beautifully cool today!

Oh, your poor feet! But who says comfortable can't look great? I love how that skirt bookends your hair, and the blouse looks nice and breezy.
