You look good today Shannon. I love the yellows, gold, white nude tones. Fab length on your jeans too. Glad you are sorted with your jean capsule. It was worth the effort of getting the right pieces.

Good morning. Yes, it is strange that an office would allow white jeans any time and denim only on Fridays. I agree with you about the white jeans looking dressier tho. I've been retired so long now I don't know what's really allowable and not. You look so nice, as always.

You look fabulous!!! The white jeans are smashing, the striped sweater a great pop of color but still meshes soooo well with the jeans, and I love the cream handbag to reinforce the soft light color scheme. Soooo fab!!

Yes, Shannon, these pants are the bomb. It's a great example of the value of upgrading an item when it's proven its usefulness in your wardrobe. The TRs are exceedingly flattering.
Sweater is a slice of Summer and, paired with the refined taupe accessories, is perfect for the workday.
So glad you have a cool day!

Diane - thanks for the comment on the length of the jeans. I always find it slightly scary when taking pants to get shortened and hemmed. I've actually started pinning them myself before I take them to the seamstress since I have become quite particular about the length. Let's see...we've covered doo-wop and Indie bands in the last few days...
Ruthe - obviously everyone's work environment has different dress codes. I'm looking forward to the days when I no longer have to pay attention to that either :)
Beth Ann - that's exactly what these jeans are - an upgrade. Once I bought my first pair of white jeans and realized (much to Angie's delight I'm sure) how versatile they are and how much I enjoy wearing them, it was time to find "the pair".

My old office also allowed blue jeans only on Fridays, but colored denim could be worn at anytime. You look great and that yellow/grey top is one of my favorites on you.
