Happy 4th of July to my US Fabber friends!
For today's outfit I went with my cobalt pencil skirt and blue/cream flowy polka dot blouse. The skirt is 2 years old and the blouse is 3 years old - yay for favorite items!
I went with my taupe patent kitten heels for shoes and my watermelon shade handbag, gold watch and wedding band for accessories.
Hope this still looks current. As always, all comments/suggestions welcome.
I always love seeing this blouse come out! It looks super with the pencil skirt. I don't think you need worry about looking current, you look great.

You look polished, relaxed and fun, that blouse is beautiful. Nothing strikes me as dated. In my book pieces two or three years old are still new :). And yey! for wearing red- white-blue to share our holiday.

I really like this outfit, from the knees up. To my eye, the neutral tone of the shoes don't "go" with the bold tones of the skirt, top and bag. I'm not sure what I'd wear... silver maybe?

Elizabeth - I think you're right about the shoes, although I was trying to go for completely neutral for a slightly longer leg line. Perhaps my silver/bone shoe sandals would work better.
