WIW: Sporty Vintage

My wee vacation break is over (the downside to changing jobs…less vacation the first year) and I'm back to work today. Decided to go a little sporty today and threw in a couple of vintage pieces for good measure.

The outfit started with my black front drape EF dress (I cannot get enough of this dress!). I added my bold floral bomber, with scrunched sleeves and my pinky-red Vans as my nod to the sporty luxe trend. Then for a bit of vintage, I chose my navy Coach handbag and my pink bakelite bangle. Red specs and silver wedding band finish off the outfit.

What do you think? Does it all work together? As always, all comments/suggestions welcome.

    Wow, the jacket is the star. It reminds me a little of a Ted Baker floral. The CPW on that EF dress is going to be quite low. I love how you can use it as the basis of so many different looks. YLF

    ooh - I love bakelite !  The whole ensemble looks fresh and pretty - and comfortable -lovely!

    Fun outfit! The bomber is also sporty, though certainly more luxe than canvas slip-ons. Quite like the navy mixed in here, adds some great additional color depth.
