WIW: Feeling Foxy (ETA fox close up for Suz)

I love my foxy tee - it's got an outline sketch of a fox's face and neck and its wearing a gold sequinned eye mask. Kind of a dressier version of a graphic tee I guess. So how to wear it for Denim Day at work?

I paired the tee with my bootcut jeans. I chose to fully tuck as I think that automatically makes the tee less casual and added my black leather belt. I then topped that with an older Gap charcoal herringbone blazer. The blazer has solid black felt elbow patches, a slight hi-low type hem and a bit of a preppy/equestrian vibe to it.

I then added my red booties for a happy bit of colour and my new black leather handbag. Rose gold/black watch and wedding band round out the outfit.

What do you think? Does it all work together? I realize the blazer is not a trendy but is it still in style? As always, all comments/suggestions welcome.

    I think this is a very cool casual Friday outfit. I like the full tuck. I'm quite drawn to tucking lately, it seems kind of fresh. The red booties are brilliant here to "lift" the outfit and I love the shape of your jacket.

    I like this outfit, Shannon. Not usually a fan of the graphic tee (unless it's more of an abstract design--even then...) but this one, to me, is subtle and tasteful. You have a nice balance of casual and slightly dressy--perfect for a Friday. Works very well.

    Tee, blazer, jeans, booties...all look perfect for a Friday. Agree with Mochi about graphic tees, but the way you are wearing this for the office is perfectly appropriate and fun. I always look forward to your posts every morning.

    Your bag is already paying you back - I love how it looks a bit like a bowling bag! You almost look too dressy for denim day - don't know how you did that with a fox tee!

    Looks great!  I have the same bag (in camel and black) and same boots in burgundy.  Love the bag because it's big enough to hold a laptop and a suit jacket (as I found out yesterday!).  Great jeans on you.

    Wow......what a great graphic tee. I love a graphic tee :) the jacket is a classic and looks great, love the pop of red.

    I'm all about a blazer and jean, so your ensemble is right up my alley. Your look is polished thoughtful and looks effortless. I also like that you choose a boot cut jean in a dark wash. It keeps your look dressy. Perfect for casual Friday!
