WIW: Simple & Fluid

An outfit doesn't get much easier than this!

I started with my black cropped slim leg EF pants, rolled to show a bit more ankle. I then added a black tank for modesty purposes and topped that with my cornflower blue linen-blend hi-lo hem voluminous knit top. LOVE this top.

For footwear, I went with my trusty Clarks low heeled sandals and for accessories, chose my black/gold hardware leather handbag, gunmetal and abalone bracelet, silver wedding band and black/white specs.

I love the ease and comfort of this outfit while still being presentable for work and stylish. This is what I'm aiming for these days.

What do you think? As always, all comments/suggestions welcome.

Pants & top: Eileen Fisher (eBay)
Sandals: Clarks
Handbag: Danier Leather

The words that come to mind are "easy breezy covergirl".
You do look happy in your streamline outfits these days.

Thank you ladies! I adore this shade of blue - I wish I could find more in this color. It's not quite cobalt.

Suz - yes, these shoes are still wearable (thank goodness!). They actually have quite good arch support and mold my foot quite nicely.

Gorgeous Shannon.  So simple yet stylish.  Do you have a name for the style of top?  I might look for this one... NEXT YEAR! :)

    Simply lovely :)

Elizabeth - I bought it new with tags from my eBay seller. Will have to check later and see if I have the name for it. Will PM you if I find it.

Grey Rainbow - thank you so much. EF has become my "brand of choice" these days so nice to know it's working for me - lol!

    Angie - :)

Simple, but so fresh and modern! You look gorgeous in that shade of blue. And that is awesome that the sandals are still comfy.

You look good!  I'm glad to hear those sandals still work for your feet.  They're super cute.

You make me rethink purging my black pants that are almost this length (they're rightfully capris).  Now I need to try them on again.

    You look terrific!

I love that blue too, and it looks great on you.  (my coloring is like yours, and that blue is my fave.  Used to be red, before my hair went salt and pepper, but now it's blue.)  But not only do you look great, you can tell you feel great by that smile!

Beautiful simplicity, Shannon -- the silhouette is flattering, and the color is fab.  Dressing well consistently is a challenge --- and your winning the challenge!
