The Naot shoes have arrived and...

My feet are positively SINGING with comfort!!'

Following my various posts on foot woes, the first pair of shoes I ordered were the Naot Lan in black. (I'm on my phone so can't link to my previous thread)

Here are a couple of quick pics taken as soon as I got home with what I wore today and then with my aviator troisers just as a pants example - I don't wear these pants rolled but wanted to give you an idea of how the shoes would look with cropped pants.

I know these won't be to everyone's liking but I can carry a chunky shoe (right Angie?) and I actually like the geeky look of these.

And then there's the comfort. Without a doubt 11 out of 10! So these are a huge KEEP for me and I promise to make them look stylish :)

Thanks Sharan for your info on these shoes. Flat black shoes - crossed off the list. Onto the next item...

    I'm so happy for you, Shannon! They look great with all these styles. I especially like them with the cropped pants. The Naot fan club scores a win!

    I love them on you! It wouldn't usually be my first choice so I am surprised to say that I especially like them with the cropped pants.

    I'm so glad you can feel my happiness over these shoes and support my "chunky choice" - lol! Even hubby thought they were kinda cool :)

    Gorgeous Shannon! Love them with pants or skirts.

    I had a pair of sandals with crisscross stretchy straps like that, but they made my feet swell distal to the straps (like, in minutes...it was the shoes, not me). Is that an issue with these?

    You and Sharan are chunky shoe royalty. You both make them look so stylish. I'm glad to hear that they are comfortable. They remind me of the EF Allot's, so I will be taking notes on how to wear this style shoe.

    Here's my find. . .

    They're not listed on the Naot site, and since I saw them in a store on sale and found them on 6pm.com, I think they are last season's or last year's style. They are made on the Aura last, same as the Kedma.

    They look terrific, Shannon. The crossover strap is magically flattering on you. I think they'd be a superb travel shoe, too. What a good purchase!

    I knew these will make you sing-happy dance!:-) Their crossed upper elastic straps are a bit simillar like those on your silver sandals, from last year-which I always loved on your feet!!

    L'Abeille - oh I hope these don't cause any sort of swelling...I'm wearing the shoes today at work all day so will know soon enough if there are going to be any problems.

    Suz - yes, I'm thinking these will be perfect shoes for traveling. And as I get a better sense of how comfy they are through wearing them, I may realize these can double as excellent all day walking shoes for tours, etc.

    Thank you all so much for indulging me this past week about my shoe issues and allowing me to show you my first success. This is my third pair of Naots now (I have the gunmetal Mary Jane pumps and a pair of mid calf winter boots) and I would have to say that the brand is now going to be my #1 "go to" brand for footwear.
