If this dress fits how I'm hoping, this will not be my last Metalicus purchase I suspect. They're beautifully draped but still flattering dresses totally suit the style I'm craving now. And I add a structured topper with it and BAM - Bob's your uncle!

Although I am in Aus. I have only recently been made aware of Metalicus through our lovely Deborah- and I am a big fan.
I am sure you will not be disappointed with the beautiful fabric, comfort and shape of this dress- can't wait to see it on you :)

I second Beth Ann though. I bet it has a lot more to do with Canada's government and how things are taxed than it has to do with the actual shipping companies. Australian businesses are a far lesser threat to Canadian businesses than US ones are.

Shannon that is the dress that the SA recommended for you... I am not sure I communicated that well in the pm:) I am expecting this to look fabulous! I cannot wait for it to arrive.. and for your to show us. The beauty of the fabric of this dress (which is like my drape dress) is that is stretches to fit but without loosing its overall shape.
Yay! Metalicus goes to Cananda. Funny Shannon is besotted with Aussie brand Metalicus and I am deeply in love with Canadian label Complex Geometries... hmmmmm

I wonder how long it will take to get here???
The color is called cobblestone and to be honest, I'm not sure if it's dark blue, dark grey or black. But it doesn't matter - they're all good!

Yes what Debra said re colour! Cobblestone is gorgeous! I nearly duplicated my dress in cobblestone;)
Don't know how well you can discern the colour but attaching a pic of the plaza drape top in cobblestone. It's a beautiful colour.

Metalicus really does have the best fabrics, totally wash and wear. Perfect for travel. Indeed *I might* have a trip planned to their outlet this weekend.....
