Gorgeous white asymmetrical leather vest...http://www.danier.com/leather-.....colour=100|ffffff&mc=yes (click on the white dot)
BTW - my white leather jackets (ordered two sizes) have arrived at home. Teenage son texted me - may have to run all the red lights on the way home...keep your fingers crossed for me!

Move to the United States. You'll have access to Nordstrom *and* you won't be able to buy anything from Danier because it's too impractical to ship 10 jackets to your house, try them on and ship them back.
Look forward to seeing photos of the jackets on you!

Sylvie - I may have to do that. Danier is becoming a serious addiction and is only 10 minutes from my house - dangerously convenient! -

Um, WOW. Sheesh. Good thing my clothing budget is nil right now or I'd be dragging the kids to the mall to try it! -

My boyfriend is from Toronto and we go up there periodically. Now I have this HUGE temptation dangling before me. I only saw two leather dresses, a leather-detail cardigan, some skirts and about five jackets that my acquisitive little heart is clamouring for.
I may just end up selling off most of my clothes and making the move to full-time leather. Except that it doesn't work for long stretches in the Deep South :(

That vest is just heavenly. If it makes you feel better, Danier also torments me. So I have been trying to figure out a way to get to one of their stores. The closest are in Quebec, a 6 hour drive to the border. But I can't get back home in time for the school bus.
So I devised a route to Michigan this year that will give us a layover in Niagra Falls, on the Canadian side, where there is a Danier at the mall ! LOL ! -

Glory - I will wait for your report :)
Suz - you could layer the vest over your wool sweaters!
La Belle - Danier is without a doubt my biggest weakness. Have you ever owned anything of theirs? The quality is fab and the service is excellent. But be careful - it's like potato chips. You can't stop at just one!
Isabel - LOL! You just may have a problem when you start working your vacations and routes around Danier locations! -

I hopped over to the Wilson Leather site. Equal or higher prices, but the styles aren't quite as sharp, and it seems like there is less choice of color. And no skirts or dresses.
Transcona - no! but I see some Danier in my future. It is definitely more attainable for me than Jitrois - which is also on my dream list.

La Belle, you are soooo right. We have a Wilson Leather outlet very close to where I live. But the styles are just not fashion forward in the least. Drats !

About
I started playing dress up when I was 4 years old and haven't stopped since! My income doesn't match my tastes so it's all about figuring out how to thrift my way to a fashionable life while tossing in a few delectable items.
