WIW: All Neutral Casual

I loves Angie's blog post with outfits combining all neutral black, grey, ink and brown. And to be honest, felt it looked quite autumn like and wondered if I could find a way to shop my closet for the summer version.

I started with these faded BF jeans as my blue instead of ink. I then added a grey graphic tee that combines black and brown in the picture. I added my cognac sandals, vintage cognac handbag and vintage cognac and black men's belt for my brown. Sunnies add another hit of black and brown.

I love how this turned out and would not have thought of combining these elements without the blog post - thanks Angie :)

BTW - did you notice that the gal on my tee and I are wearing the same sunglasses? Completely cool coincidence!

    Ok, that does it. I am getting myself a cognac bag and sandals.  I like this a lot on you - and with today's odd weather, it's a good colour combo to wear.   Sometimes the light isn't right for brights and traditional summery pieces - this works.

    Love this, Shannon! And it all plays so well with your hair! Your hair is an amazing "accessory" (maybe in the truest sense of the word) all by itself. I haven't been commenting enough on your new style direction. It's truly fab and right up my alley. I've been reading carefully and taking notes right along.
